Are you interested in learning the newest TikTok trends or nervous you aren’t familiar with any cool moves for that upcoming school dance? Our dance trends pop-up class is the perfect way to confidently stay up to date with all of the trends! No experience necessary.

Grow Up and Me Dance Class

Ages 3 years and under


A grown up and me class is a fantastic way for little ones to explore movement while strengthening their bond with a parent or caregiver. These fun, interactive classes allow your child (typically up to age 3) a great opportunity for socializing, while also introducing basic dance concepts through music, rhythm, and creative play in a classroom setting.


This class is perfect for curious kids who want to try dance, busy families testing new activities, and parents who value flexibility over rigid schedules with no long-term contracts or commitments.

Wednesdays: 2/25 – 3/18, 11:30am – 12:15pm

Preschool Dance Class


This class allows children to explore basic dance concepts while practicing turn‑taking, sharing, and following directions in a nurturing and playful classroom environment. It is an excellent introduction to dance, incorporating creative movement and promoting body awareness and coordination, while also developing self‑confidence. These classes are the perfect balance of structure and fun for families with curious kids who want to try dance without long‑term contracts or commitments.

Class limit: Minimum 3, maximum 12

Class length: 45 minutes, 4 classes

Spring 2026 Swim Team Readiness


Get ready for summer swim team with two great programs at the Strongsville Recreation & Senior Center:


Stroke Clinics – Focus on starts, turns, and stroke mechanics

Intro to Swim Team – Build endurance and stroke knowledge for new team swimmers


Participants must already be able to swim 25 yards independently. These are not learn-to-swim classes.

4:00 – 8:00 PM

Ehrnfelt Recreation Center


Participants will earn Lifeguarding, CPR/First Aid, and AED certifications, and successful candidates may have employment opportunities.

Participants must be 15 years old by the end of class.
